Our return policy is offered up to 14 days from your purchase date.
If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. The Zovela team wants to make your returns easy as 1-2-3!

- Send the item back within 7 days from the day you received the package.
- Click on My Account and Start your Return.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and include Return number in your package.
- We’re so sure that you’ll love the items our website offers that we offer FREE return shipping on selected locations.
- Email us email@example.com and we will schedule a pick up time.
- We will issue full refund to your original form of payment within 7 – 10 business days from receiving your return package.
Remember the following for a successful return!
- All return packages must be shipped out within 14 days of the date you received an item from us.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
- All returns must include the Return Number that you received through the My Account section of Zovela.com in the return package.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURN
The following are ineligible for return or replacement
- Any clothing with any form of stain, including makeup.
- Underwear & Lingerie
- Handbags and Clutches
- Jewellery such as earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces.
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Products with signs of usage cannot be returned
- Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- Items sold in a clearance sale are final and are not eligible for return.
